About Sara
Sara Clime is a wife, mother, business owner, organizer, and podcast host.
Welcome! I’m sara.
I’m a caregiver, systems-builder, organizer, writer, and creator who believes that even in the hardest seasons, clarity, steadiness, and space to breathe are possible.
I help caregivers and female entrepreneurs simplify daily mental and logistical overload by building practical, sustainable systems that work in real life. My work is rooted in efficiency, compassion, and the belief that support should lighten your load, not add to it.
My path into this work wasn’t planned — it was lived.
In 2012, my youngest son, T.J., was diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a progressive, degenerative, and terminal disease. Overnight, my world expanded to include complex medical decisions, advocacy, long-term planning, and new responsibilities. I became a disability parent, medical manager, researcher, and protector—all while still being me.
What I learned — often the hard way — is that while a diagnosis can change everything, it doesn’t have to erase joy, meaning, or identity.
Over time, I created systems to organize the chaos: medical tracking, appointments, advocacy notes, routines, boundaries, and rhythms. These made space for caregiving, but also for rest, faith, connection, and growth. The systems didn’t make life easy, but made it livable. They became the foundation of what I now share with others.
Today, I support caregivers and business owners with tools, teaching, and community—helping them reclaim time, reduce overwhelm, and build aligned, grounded, sustainable lives.
I previously co-hosted the Take Heart Special Moms podcast and co-authored The Other Side of Special: Navigating the Messy, Emotional, Joy-Filled Life of a Special Needs Mom. While new podcast episodes are no longer being released, the full archive is still available on most major podcast platforms for anyone who wants to listen.
I love my family deeply. I’ve been married to my husband, Craig, for over 28 years, and together we’ve raised two adult sons. But caregiving — and this work — has taught me that while relationships matter, who we are at our core matters just as much. We deserve to feel seen, just as who we are.
If you’re carrying more than most see—juggling medical needs, advocacy, logistics, or just holding life together—you’re not behind, broken, or failing.
You’re human.
With the right systems and support, there is room for steadiness, clarity, and joy again.
Take a look around.
Let’s create space for the life that’s still unfolding.
